Booking cancellation

We adhere to flexible terms.:

  • Free cancellation of the reservation is possible in case of force majeure (documented)
  • If cancelled no later than 7 days before the arrival date, a partial refund is possible.
  • If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival, the amount will be refunded, taking into account the deduction of the amount for 1 day.
  • In case of early departure, recalculation is carried out for unused nights (with deduction of the cost of 1 day)

2. Booking You can book hotel rooms through the website by filling out the appropriate form and confirming the reservation. Booking is considered confirmed only if the payment has been successfully made.
3. Pay The site accepts card payments (Visa, MasterCard and other cards). Payments are made through a safe payment system. The hotel does not store the complete data of the client's bank card.
4. Cancellation policy Booking can be canceled according to the terms established by the hotel. If the reservation is canceled after the set period, the hotel may charge a fine or withhold the prepayment.
 5. Refund policy Refunds are made in cases where the booking is canceled in accordance with the hotel's terms and conditions. The refund is made to the same payment card within a certain period of time according to the bank's rules.
6. Protection of personal data Personal data of the client are used only for the purposes of booking and providing services and are not transferred to third parties, except for cases provided by law.
