We are located in ancient Gyumri, hundreds of kilometers from the sea, but our whole philosophy is imbued with the sea element, freedom and an artistic view of the world. Why? Because Ivan Aivazovsky is not just a marine painter, but a genius who was born into an Armenian family and spent his whole life combining two homelands in his work: Armenian roots and the endless sea. We have created a space where this connection becomes tangible.

Booking cancellation

We adhere to flexible terms.:

  • Free cancellation of the reservation is possible in case of force majeure (documented)
  • If cancelled no later than 7 days before the arrival date, a partial refund is possible.
  • If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival, the amount will be refunded, taking into account the deduction of the amount for 1 day.
  • In case of early departure, recalculation is carried out for unused nights (with deduction of the cost of 1 day)

4. Cancellation policy Booking can be canceled according to the terms established by the hotel. If the reservation is canceled after the set period, the hotel may charge a fine or withhold the prepayment.
 5. Refund policy Refunds are made in cases where the booking is canceled in accordance with the hotel's terms and conditions. The refund is made to the same payment card within a certain period of time according to the bank's rules.
6. Protection of personal data Personal data of the client are used only for the purposes of booking and providing services and are not transferred to third parties, except for cases provided by law.
